- 1 celery stalk chopped
- ¾ cup mayo
- ⅛ teaspoon table salt plus more to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper plus more to taste
- Bread or croissants for making sandwiches
- Lettuce for sandwiches optional
