Ingredients
  

Fruit salad

  • 1 lb strawberries tops removed and quartered
  • 3 cups chopped pineapple typically 1 pineapple for me
  • 2 cups red grapes cut in half at equator (10oz)
  • 1 cup mandarin orange slices 7oz
  • 3 kiwis peeled, cut into slices, and halved
  • 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries 8 oz

Dressing (optional)

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice I typically need 2 limes for this
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all fruits in a large mixing bowl and toss until well combined.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds until smooth and well-combined.
  • Pour dressing evenly over fruit. Gently stir ingredients together once more to distribute dressing evenly over salad.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
