- 1 celery rib finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced (30 g)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (55 g)
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill minced
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
